The newly remodeled Guest House features two main rooms. The spacious bedroom offers a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The queen size bed and queen size sleeper sofa will sleep four comfortably. Here you can enjoy luxury, while inside the Guest House or view the yard from the many windows which provide a majestic view over Progreso Lakes.

The large living/dining room area has a full kitchen with microwave/convection oven, toaster oven, coffee maker and tea kettle.

Breakfast is offered home style, with many choices of food in the refrigerator and kitchen. Around the kitchen table, that will seat up to four, you can leisurely drink your coffee or tea.

The Living area is comfortable furnished with a large sofa and an easy chair. The sliding glass door leads to a balcony overlooking the lake which offers a panoramic view of Progreso Lakes.

The bathroom offers tile floors and a shower/tub combination.

A TV DVD is available with numerous DVDs .

Central AC/heat, linens and dishes mean you just have to bring clothes and food.
